2026 Championship Formats
The Rocky Mountain Open features several formats. Please read the below information prior to registration.
Wednesday Pro-Am: The Wednesday Pro-Am is an 10:00 a.m. shotgun on Wednesday of 9 holes. This competition is separate from the Thursday - Saturday Championship rounds. The Wednesday Pro-Am is included in the Professional entry fee for professionals selected to play. This will be considered the practice round.
Skins Game: Professionals pay $100, which gets them into a Professionals Skins Game and Pro-Am Team Skins Game. Amateurs may pay $100 to get into the Amateurs Skins Game and the Pro-Am Team Skins Game.
Professional Championship Rounds: The Rocky Mountain Open Championship is a 54-hole stroke play championship. For Professionals, a 36-hole cut will be made to the low 50 and ties for Saturday's final round, based upon a full field.
Amateur Championship Rounds: The Rocky Mountain Open Championship is a 54-hole stroke play championship. For Amateurs, a 36-hole cut will be made to the low 18 and ties for Saturday's final round with only a gross payout.
NO Senior Division.
Entry Fees
Amateur Division - 54 Hole Championship Fee $450.00
- must carry a handicap index of 5.0 or below
Professional Division - Non-Affiliated Fee $700.00
Professional Division - PGA Section Affiliated Fee $650.00
